BENEFITS OF HIRING STAGE TO SELL NOW IN LAS VEGAS & BILLINGS, MT

I am a professionally trained, Accredited Certified Staging
Professional (CSP), as well as a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA).

As real estate stager, my job is to transform a seller-friendly home into a buyer-friendly one.

I accomplish this by minimizing evidence of the seller’s lifestyle and personality.

Decluttering, rearranging or bringing in new furniture, and adding accents and pops of pleasing colors, all enhance light, space, and flow. The end result prevents buyer distraction and allows potential buyers to envision living in their new home.

THE STAGE IS SET FOR SUCCESS IN

LAS VEGAS & BILLINGS MONTANA

Our Real Estate Staging Business Is Designed With You In Mind

Staging a property changes the way buyers shop for real estate. What sights, sounds or odors instantly deter buyers from making the purchase?

When stagers strategically display the best parts of a seller's home, prospective buyers are more likely to have an excellent first impression.

4 TIPS FOR STAGING AN APPEALING ENVIRONMENT

Our certified home stagers have trade secrets they can’t wait to share,

but here are a few home staging basics to remember:

  1. Say goodbye to clutter

  2. Switch on warm lighting

  3. Arrange in threes

  4. Minimize crowding

Knickknacks have special importance to sellers, but outsiders won’t see them as valuable belongings, they’ll see clutter. Nobody associates mess with comfort, so keep your home as organized as possible. It’s okay to show glimpses of personality here and there, but you should try to group items in threes. For example, you might place a vase of flowers on a stack of three books.
